I’ve joined a gym! For ages I’ve always planned on doing it, every summer saying to myself “Let’s get a bikini body!” But like a lot of people, never actually got around to it. Now with the help of Misha Mayfair I’ve got round to actually joining, and going! It’s a lot more sexy than I was expecting too…

Entering the gym, the first thing I’ve noticed is the equipment. Mass of metal and rubber. It smells like air conditioning and sweat. I don’t know if it’s just my mind, but that alone seems very sexual to me. Then there’s all the gym goers. The guys with their muscles, working on bench presses, and all the girls in their yoga pants on the running machine. I’m not going to lie, I would go just to watch girls run. The breasts jiggle in this very provocative way when they’re on a treadmill.

Then there’s the studio, girls doing yoga. Oh my. Stretching out, backs arched. Head down ass up. Or the dance classes, hips swaying, body dipping. Note to self, join hip-swaying, body-dipping class.

Misha shows me to the changing room. Topless girls walking around. The sound of the showers. Wet hair. I’m in paradise, but I’ve not to perv on everyone. The best part is it’s a uni gym, so nearly all the girls are 18-21. I’m actually nervous changing, I know that everyone here is used to seeing boobs and naked people, but somehow I feel that all their eyes will be on me, and my untrained body. I managed to survive the getting changed, and with a water bottle in hand I march down the stairs ready to tackle, err, oh god, I have no idea what I’m doing.

Misha knows what she’s doing though. She leads me to the mats and we do stretches, hands up, legs out, lean forward, hold the position. Then we go to the treadmill. She runs really well, but I have no stamina. I jog for a minute, walk for a minute and somehow manage to run a mile in under 10 minutes. It’s pretty amazing that I haven’t flopped down and died. Exercise is so hard!

But it’s also really fun. I hadn’t realised that. With the adrenaline pumping through me. I’m really sweaty, but it feels good. I want to run more, I want to push myself further and I want to collapse on my bed at the end of it. I work on my arms, my chest, I do crunches and I work on my legs. It’s amazing. No one can tell I’m just sat there checking them out. Or maybe they do know…?

Ah, I’m so tired, but I feel fantastic! Can’t wait to go back! Who knew the gym could be so sexy?
