A couple of you may have noticed my absence from MFC for the past few days, there’s been a couple of reasons for that, but the most exciting one, and the one I’m going to be talking about today, it that I’m all the way in Italy making Italian Porn!! Yay Roma! Yay Pizze! Yay  Palmiers which I’ve decided are my current favourite dessert!

So what makes this set of filming Italian Porn? What makes it distinctly Italian? Other than the obvious, I’m in Italy thing? I can honestly say I have no idea. I tried to think of italian things to do, perhaps Italian Pizza Bum, but it turns out Italy is really strict. Women here are dressed very conservatively, almost always wearing trousers or jeans, and silk scarves if they have a top that shows any cleavage. My friend Lady who I came on this trip with bought with her some summer dresses and has told me she’s had more than one dirty look for the shortness of her skirt!

That being said, in the privacy of my own room I can pretty much do all the pornographics things I like.. I’ve been practising more on my oral skills, although I think I’ve hit a wall. I need to watch the true pros, or maybe get some tips somewhere. I also have a new wig, the short blonde one some of you may have seen on twitter? I was told I looked very different… Well it’s actually been a tough time. The internet here is so bad I haven’t been able to to either jump on cam or upload the videos I wanted to. Instead, I’m just trying to think up more fun things to do on film!

That’s not to say I haven’t been doing Italian things. I’ve eaten my weight’s worth in icecream, which is far superior here. Coconut icecream has always been my favourite flavour, and whilst it’s rare in England, in Rome very gelato shop has it! Plus, the room I’ve rented is right above a cafe/pastry shop. It’s a local place, and all morning there is a constant stream of italians coming in for their pastries and coffee. The guy behind the counter has sneaked me more than one chocolate covered strawberry, and charges only €1 for two palmiers. In exchange, I give him a kiss on the cheek when I pay. Although I see all the costumers do this, so maybe it’s not that special. Actually, I’ll admit it, I haven’t eaten anything but the Palmiers, except for a single cookie (how could i not?) and the chocolate covered strawberries. Tomorrow is my last day however, so I’m determined to eat more of the lovely pastries the shop has to offer!!

I went to an Italian restaurant tonight. Italian food it turns out is very simple, but it tastes super amazing because of the quality of the ingredients. I felt like tonight, I finally ate what an olive is. That all past olives I’ve eaten have been but imitations. Tomatoes here are so sweet and juicy, the sun dried ones intense with flavour. Some dishes are just cooked pasta with fresh tomatoes and cheese, so simple, yet so delicious. I feel like even when I go to italian places in England it won’t taste the same. I guess this would be true for all native foods, better where they come from, but still… I am truly impressed!

Hopefully my last day tomorrow shall be filled with good filming, icecream and pastries!
