Using only the best ingredients, Harriet’s Sugar Cookies are made by slowly hand beating, rich, creamy butter and sugar until silky smooth. Glistening eggs are then added, the entire mixture sensuously mixed until it’s time to add flour to the wet mixture.

Flour is constantly sifted through, hands gently folding it in until the entire thing becomes stiff. At this point, we have to get our hands wet to continue working on the stiff mixture, kneading it until it reaches the desired state.

Once cut and baked, the hot, steaming cookies are placed on Harriet’s rack until they harden and cool down. They are decorated by drizzling sticky, oozing icing, and squirting sprinkles on top.

Harriet’s Sugar Cookies are sweet, but also have a hint of salted caramel and musk, created with a super secret technique, all done in the comfort and privacy of her home.

To best enjoy Harriet’s Sugar Cookies, it’s suggested that you take the cookie gently between your thumb and forefinger. Nibble slowly at the edge, giving a tentative lick over the icing once or twice. Make sure to lap up any crumbs that threaten to fall away. Work the cookie over with your tongue, giving extra attention to the sprinkles near the top.

Icing may at this point be dripping off the cookie, and it’s then you take the whole thing into your mouth and bite down, savouring the texture and sweetness. Devour the cookie now quickly, making sure to lick your fingers afterwards of any residue sweetness. Can also be eaten drenched in fresh milk, or splashed with cream.
