Prior to this morning, we had no idea who Sarah Nasser was. That all changed when we did a simple Google search of the hot Instagram model and found out that she’s the soon-to-be Mrs. Patrick Patterson, with her (now) fiance being a pro basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
