Today I heard the term “sploshing” for the first time. It’s a popular, albeit niche, fetish that involves smearing wet and messy substances over your body. It’s can be referred to as “wet and messy play” shortened to WAM.

Urban dictionary describes sploshing as smearing food over your partner. You can also lick the food off afterwards. However it doesn’t have to include food. People can use mud or lubricant instead.

Like me, it seems most people haven’t heard of sploshing. I’m sure a lot of people have experimented with food during sex before.
